Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of any problems that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site support to clients, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.

- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.

- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and activities.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the best support to clients.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification preferred.

3 to 4 years of proven experience in on-site and remote 1st and 2nd line support, providing hardware/software IT assistance to users.

Knowledge of client-server architecture in Microsoft Windows environments.

Proficiency in the implementation/installation and maintenance of components (hardware and system software) in desktop management.

Solid knowledge of various Microsoft operating systems, preferably Windows 10 and 11.

Familiarity with operating system components, specifically services, processes, and files.

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange architecture and Microsoft Outlook client, including functionality and best practices for Outlook client usage.

User-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

User-level knowledge of smartphones (iOS, Android) and their ActiveSync synchronization.

User-level knowledge of tools supporting ITSM (IT Service Management) best practices.

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
