Position: Senior Frontend Developer (React)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Nimber Contract and lead the design and implementation of our Digital Workplace solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business needs and translating them into technical solutions that enhance their digital workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in and leading the identification and collection of customer requirements.
- Build relationships with clients and drive the adoption and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions.
- Communicate the value proposition of use cases and implementation of Digital Workplace technology.
- Ensure security is at the heart of the discussion when addressing use cases.
- Demonstrate understanding of IT environments for different businesses and sectors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. project and operations teams, sales, solutions specialist) in the pre-sales process, understanding business and sector requirements and aligning them with technological solutions, with the aim of modeling the business and adapting it to the needs and requirements of Clients.
- Preparing proposals and/or Statements Of Work (SOW).
- Preparing high-level project planning and identifying risks, constraints, assumptions and dependencies.
- Draw up estimates of human and other resources needed to implement the solutions and incorporate this information into the Project Business Case.
- Presenting solutions/proposals to clients and collaborating in the process of closing the deal, with clarifications and proposal revisions.
- Managing relationships with partners.
- Continuous Active Learning.
Requirements (Must-have qualifications):
- Must have a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Work experience in an IT service provider organization preferred.
- Having Microsoft certifications in M365 such as MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, MS-700 is an advantage.
Skills:
- Knowledge of infrastructure implementation for environments involving Multi Domain, Multi-Tenant Infrastructure.
- Excellent understanding of Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS) with good knowledge of public and private Cloud.
- Understanding of migration toolsets - MRS, Quest, Bit Titan to drive Cloud migration strategies.
- Basic understanding of the M365 stack licensing and subscription model
- Experience in at least 1-2 Tech Stacks - Intune (MDM and MAM), Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps) & Purview
- Basics of connectivity, authentication and authorization, Entra ID Framework, Ative Diretory-
- Knowledge to create end-to-end solutions in Microsoft 365 (E5) security components, such as Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, advanced e-discovery, etc.
- Knowledge to create end-to-end solutions for data classification, data protection and compliance.
- Fluent Portuguese and B2 English minimum
Knowledge of:
- Office 365 Security and compliance audits and alerts
- Azure Active Directory conditional access with Office 365 and third-party applications
- Active Directory Federation Services
- Office 365 Identity synchronization - ability to plan and design AAD connect service for Office 365 identity management.
- Exchange Hybrid with Office 365 - ability to plan and design Exchange Hybrid solutions with Office 365; know Exchange online migration framework.
- Office 365 tenant planning and integration, tenant assessment
- Planning the Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration structure
- Migration of mailboxes between forests
- Windows PowerShell for automating day-to-day administrative and Office 365 configuration tasks
- Office 365 day-to-day administrative and configuration tasks
- Advanced knowledge and skills in troubleshooting with Microsoft MECM/SCCM/Intune.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/ SCCM/Intune
- Administration and architecture of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Implementation of the MECM function
- Creation of Intune policies
- Implementation of autopilot
- Implementation of compliance and configuration policies
- Implementation of co-management
- Creating applications via MECM/Intune
- Implementation of Windows updates for Intune and MECM
- Task sequence creation and troubleshooting for OSD
- Client health monitoring and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Network, proxy, firewall, bandwidth planning for Office 365 deployment. Office 365 tenant planning and integration, tenant assessment
- Basics of SharePoint Online.
