Have experience in user and access management.

Experience in supporting users, particularly in creating documents.

Experience in creating and modifying reports in Crystal Reports.

Know how to analyse the type of errors and resolve them.

Know how to configure and parameterise.

Know how to make queries in SQL Server.

Know how to work as part of a team.
