Functional Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Analyst to join our team in Lisboa. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding the business needs and translating them into functional requirements for our technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather functional requirements

- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements

- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs

- Provide training and support to end-users on new technology solutions

- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role

- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as BPMN, Bizagi...

- Smart Business Platform certification

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Fluency in English and Portuguese
