What youll do

Youll be right in the engine room of our sales motion — learning by doing, with the team backing you up:

  • Market research & account mapping (who to target, why them, why now)

  • Lead generation (lists, segmentation, outreach sequences)

  • Outbound client outreach (email/LinkedIn + follow-ups)

  • Cold calling (yes — and youll get coaching to build confidence + rhythm)

  • CRM maintenance (clean data, next steps, pipeline hygiene)

  • Scheduling demos/meetings for senior sales

  • Supporting proposals (structure, inputs, follow-up)

  • Assisting contract negotiation (you wont be alone — youll learn the process)


Quick honesty: this is hands-on. Some days youll get ignored. Other days youll book 3 meetings. Consistency wins.


What were looking for

  • Genuine interest in tech / IT consulting (you dont need to be technical)

  • Strong communication (clear, confident, human)
