Nimber is a leading technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. We are currently seeking a talented Payroll Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Payroll Support Specialist at Nimber, you will play a key role in supporting our payroll and administrative processes, ensuring accurate data management and smooth communication with our external payroll partner. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient handling of administrative information.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a bridge between the company and the external payroll partner, ensuring clear communication and the sharing of essential information;

Collect and process relevant administrative data (working hours, holidays, absences, expenses, contractual updates, management control reports, etc.);

Execute administrative management tasks, including contact with suppliers, orders, office logistics, and general team support;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the administrative support necessary for the smooth functioning of the business.
Requirements:

Experience in payroll support functions;

Knowledge of the IT consulting sector (is a plus);

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
