Fullstack Developer (Lisboa)

Were looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer whos comfortable in C#/.NET and React, and who enjoys shipping real stuff — with quality, ownership, and a bit of healthy obsession for doing things right.

How we work

This role is hybrid in Lisbon: 1 day per week at our office, the rest is flexible/remote.

What youll be doing

Youll be helping us build and evolve web products in a cloud environment, working end-to-end:

• Designing and developing features using C# / ASP.NET and React

• Building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Thinking beyond it works clean code, testing, maintainability

• Collaborating with a team that likes autonomy, clarity, and getting things done (without drama)

What you bring

Youre not just familiar with the stack — youve lived in it:

• 5+ years building with C#, ASP.NET and React

• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, especially in cloud environments

• Strong foundations in web development principles and API design

• Bonus points if youve worked with:

  • SQL

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Microservices architecture

What we care about (a lot)

• Strong fundamentals in C# and .NET (not just copy/paste coding)

• Real hands-on React experience (not I once used it in 2019)

• Clear communication in English

• A proactive mindset: you own outcomes, you care about quality, you test your work

• Work permit to work in Portugal (required)
