Job Summary

We're looking for a BI & Data Science Technical Lead to help shape the future of Data & Analytics within a large-scale international environment where data, insights and innovation are at the heart of decision-making.

This role combines technical leadership, Business Intelligence, Data Science and team enablement. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of Data & Analytics professionals, helping define best practices, raise technical standards and drive the adoption of modern analytics and AI-driven solutions.

This is not a purely management-focused role, nor is it an individual contributor position. We're looking for someone who can lead through expertise, influence technical direction, mentor teams and help bridge the gap between Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

If you're passionate about building data-driven organizations, modernizing analytics capabilities and helping teams unlock the potential of AI, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary Data & Analytics team;
  • Define and promote best practices across Business Intelligence, Data Science and Analytics initiatives;
  • Support and mentor team members in their technical and professional development;
  • Guide the design and evolution of reporting, analytics and data-driven decision-making solutions;
  • Drive the adoption of modern analytics capabilities and AI-powered use cases across the organization;
  • Act as a technical reference for Power BI architecture, governance and development standards;
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts and stakeholders to define scalable solutions;
  • Support the implementation of data governance, quality and consistency frameworks;
  • Contribute to the design of analytics roadmaps and long-term data strategies;
  • Help identify opportunities where AI, Machine Learning and advanced analytics can create business value;
  • Review solution designs and ensure alignment with technical standards and enterprise architecture principles;
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science or Data Engineering environments;
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship or team guidance;
  • Deep expertise with Power BI, including dashboard development, semantic modelling, governance and best practices;
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures and analytics ecosystems;
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise reporting solutions;
  • Solid SQL knowledge and strong understanding of data modelling principles;
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams and business stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning and advanced analytics concepts;
  • Ability to identify and drive opportunities for AI adoption within business processes and analytical workflows;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience working within Agile environments;
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Technical Environment

You'll likely work with technologies such as:

  • Experience working within banking, financial services or other regulated industries;
  • Knowledge of MLOps and modern analytics operating models;
  • Experience defining BI governance standards and reporting frameworks;
  • French language skills.

What We're Looking For
