Test Quality Analyst – QA Governance

At Nimber, we're looking for an experienced Test Quality Analyst to join a challenging project within the banking sector, focused on improving software testing practices, quality standards and testing governance.

You'll work closely with a Test Quality Manager and multidisciplinary IT teams, contributing to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of testing methodologies across applications supporting financial leasing operations.

This role goes beyond traditional software testing. You'll help establish consistent quality practices, monitor testing performance and support teams in adopting effective testing processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define, promote and ensure compliance with software testing standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the definition, monitoring and reporting of testing quality KPIs.
• Support the implementation and evolution of QA frameworks and testing processes.
• Guide and coach IT teams on manual testing methodologies, test design and quality assurance practices.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing testing processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the Test Quality Manager to strengthen testing governance across IT teams.
• Promote consistent testing practices, documentation standards and quality controls.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and software reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Solid professional experience in manual software testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test processes and QA principles.
• Experience defining or implementing testing standards and quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of testing KPIs, quality metrics and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to train, coach and support IT teams in adopting testing best practices.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent French (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• ISTQB certification, particularly ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Management.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services or leasing applications.
• Experience working in testing governance, QA coordination or quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
