Recognized as a Great Place to Work for eight years, Pictet Technologies started in Luxembourg and expanded to Lisbon in 2022. Now, were kicking off a new chapter: building a Business Analysis team in Lisbon. And thats where you come in.

Position: Technical Business Analyst (Hybrid in Lisbon)

You wont just analyze requirements. Youll be the translator, the connector, the one who makes what we want become how we make it happen.

Your Role (Epic Version):

• Work closely with business teams to understand and analyze requirements.
• Design smart IT solutions in collaboration with developers and architects.
• Write clear functional specifications and define meaningful test cases.
• Implement solutions on the Avaloq platform using Avaloq Script (PL/SQL fans, this is for you).
• Build automated tests (Gherkin/Cucumber) and ensure quality with FAT.

What were looking for:

• Programming experience (any language; PL/SQL is a plus).
• Knowledge of testing (unit, integration, automation).
• Familiarity with IDEs (Eclipse, etc.), GIT, and basic SQL.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and a hunger to learn.
• Interest in the financial sector (not mandatory, but cool).
