Position: Project Manager - Marketing & Sales
Location: Hybrid
Job Summary: For the international rollout and further development of our Marketing & Sales Data Products, we are looking for a Project Manager. Together with business departments, country organizations, and technical teams, you will coordinate the implementation of standardized data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate scalable data pipelines to integrate marketing, CRM, and business data based on Snowflake;
- Develop and improve a group-wide data model for analyzing marketing and sales performance across the full customer journey;
- Integrate systems such as Salesforce, Funnel.io, campaign management platforms, and future CRM systems;
- Ensure high data quality through standards, data quality checks, and monitoring processes;
- Create technical standards, templates, and reference implementations for connecting additional GLS countries and scaling the data product internationally;
- Provide technical consulting, coaching, and enablement to country organizations for connecting CRM, marketing, and sales data and building local data products under the data mesh approach;
- Work closely with the Product Owner, business departments, and BI Platform Team on a strategically important group-wide data product.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field;
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders;
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing, or sales data integration is an advantage;
- Experience in international projects or working with decentralized teams;
- Strong ability and enjoyment in knowledge transfer and enablement;
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake;
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks;
- Very good English skills.
