About the role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Store Managers to join our Network.
You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team.
The Store Manager Role will include recruiting and training staff, completing a range of retail management responsibilities such as ordering, rosters and maintaining the OH&S standards in the store.
The role will require weekend, afternoon and night shift work required on a rotating basis. The successful candidates will receive extensive retail management training and have ongoing support in building skills in retail management.
The role is physical in nature, so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service while working autonomously.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE:
- Prior experience in retail
- Proven customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
- Relevant working rights
- Reliable transport
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some weekends and nights
- Fluent English both verbal and written
- Clean and Presentable
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Ability to Multi-task in a busy environment
