About the role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Team Members for the NightOwl in various locations in and around Brisbane CBD.
You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team. In order to hit the ground running, we are looking for previous retail store experience and strong customer service skills
The role is physical in nature, so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet challenging deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will receive retail management training and have ongoing support in building their skills in retail management.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE:
- Prior experience in retail management
- A high level of customer service skills and a friendly, positive can do attitude.
- Relevant working rights, which allow for full time hours
- Reliable transport
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some day, night, overnight and weekend shifts due to the site opening hours.
