Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Service Manager at dealership level
• Franchise and reputable brand experience highly advantageous
• Dealer management system experience
• Proven ability to lead and grow a service department
• Strong customer relationship & communication skills
• Talent retention and team-building expertise
• Solid knowledge of factory standards, audits & compliance
• Business acumen in marketing, accounting & profitability
• Technical know-how & problem-solving mindset
• Results-driven with a focus on excellence
