  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with a track record of improving performance
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, able to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • IT Skills: Familiar with workshop management software and reporting tools
  • Health & Safety: Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations
