Our client, a leading supplier in the Signage & Graphics Supply Industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to head up and launch the companys new signage division. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven leader with strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to establish and grow a new business division while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the startup and expansion of the signage division, driving business growth.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to establish a strong market presence.
• Manage and grow key client relationships within the signage and graphics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring training and performance excellence.
• Provide expert product knowledge and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the signage, printing, or graphics supply industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (proof required).
• Strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in starting up or expanding a business division is highly advantageous.
