Location: Johannesburg

Salary: Approximately R30,000 per month

Our client, a well-established firm of Attorneys, Notaries, and Conveyancers, is seeking a professional and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to the partners. The ideal candidate will hold a Paralegal qualification and demonstrate a strong interest in legal and corporate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the partners
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
  • Prepare and proofread legal and company-related documents
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and regulatory bodies
  • Assist with compliance matters, including FICA documentation
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support day-to-day office operations and coordinate ad-hoc requests

Min Requirements:

  • Paralegal qualification (essential)
  • Basic understanding of company law and company structures
  • Working knowledge of FICA and compliance procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Afrikaans (Advanced) and English (Advanced) written and spoken
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
