FINANCE MANAGER (FM) – AUTOMOTIVE RETAIL GROUP

A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FM) to take full financial responsibility within a high-performing dealership environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, compliance, and internal financial control within a dealership-level motor industry structure.

The successful candidate must have strong motor industry dealership experience, with a solid understanding of dealership financial operations and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) essential

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Finance Manager (FM) within the motor industry at dealership level

• Strong dealership experience essential (motor industry)

• Experience in auditing / audit processes within a dealership environment advantageous

• Multi-dealership group experience advantageous

• Solid understanding of dealership accounting, financial controls, and reporting processes

• Experience with OEM reporting requirements advantageous

• Strong ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced motor industry environment
