We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator / Clerk based in Pretoria, Gauteng to join a well-established motor dealership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warranty administration
  • Experience within a motor dealership / franchise dealership environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and procedures
  • Experience working on dealer management systems (DMS) is essential
  • Strong administration and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service department

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timeously
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements
  • Following up on outstanding claims and queries with manufacturers
  • Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions and approvals
  • Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and management
