We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator / Clerk based in Pretoria, Gauteng to join a well-established motor dealership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in warranty administration
- Experience within a motor dealership / franchise dealership environment is essential
- Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and procedures
- Experience working on dealer management systems (DMS) is essential
- Strong administration and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service department
- Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timeously
- Ensuring all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements
- Following up on outstanding claims and queries with manufacturers
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions and approvals
- Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and management
