Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism, patience, and efficiency

Assist customers with product questions, account updates, order tracking, and issue resolution

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution

Adhere to company protocols and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience

Stay informed about product updates, service offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information
What Were Looking For:

Comfort using computer systems and customer service software; training will be provided
