About the job IT System and Project Manager - HKD 50K/month
Manage end-to-end IT helpdesk operations as a sole IT owner, oversee IT project change management, and deliver digital and AI-driven improvements to optimize service efficiency, streamline workflows, and align IT with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT helpdesk operations, resolve hardware, software, network and application issues, and ensure timely ticket closure for all users.
- Plan and implement IT system changes, upgrades and deployments, follow change control processes, reduce disruption and manage risks.
- Independently run all helpdesk functions, build SOPs, and improve support efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses and vendor partnerships to ensure stable service delivery.
- Apply AI and new technologies to upgrade helpdesk tools and change management processes.
- Ensure data security, disaster recovery and business compliance in all IT operations.
- Support and train staff on IT systems and new tools to drive smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to align IT plans with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of IT operations experience, manufacturing or retail background preferred.
- Knowledge or strong interest in AI and digital transformation.
- Practical skills in network, cybersecurity, ERP and cloud services.
- Strong problem‑solving, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are pluses.
