Role Summary
The Relationship Manager focuses on client retention and growth for high-wealth clients, deepening existing relationships and expanding wallet share through personalised service and proactive financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing HWN clients as their primary point of contact, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth within current client base.
  • Proactively propose tailored solutions (investments, loans, insurance, structured products) to deepen relationships and increase AUM/revenue from existing clients.
  • Drive client growth by identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and acquiring referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Organise client events, seminars and one-on-one meetings to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor client portfolios, risk profiles and life events to anticipate needs and prevent attrition.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver seamless service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Track and report on client retention metrics, revenue growth per client, and relationship health indicators.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns to maintain trust.
  • Achieve KPIs focused on client retention rate (>95%), revenue per client growth, and AUM expansion.

Requirements
  • 3+ years RM/Private Banking experience with proven client retention and growth track record.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to nurture long-term HNW client loyalty.
  • Deep product knowledge across wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and empathy; fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Data-driven with experience using CRM systems to track client engagement.
  • Existing HWN client network highly advantageous.
