About the job Product Head - Blockchain
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager for a client's Crypto Loan team. The successful candidate will define and execute the product roadmap, identify market opportunities, and drive product innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of both the cryptocurrency and lending industries, along with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the product roadmap for the clients crypto loan offerings aimed at both retail and institutional clients, conducting market research on decentralized finance (DeFi) lending protocols and centralized finance (CeFi) crypto loan platforms, and analyzing market opportunities and user needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product features, work with designers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing product, and obtain approval from senior management on the proposed designs. Additionally, they will conduct user testing, gather feedback, monitor product performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product metrics.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, particularly in crypto borrowing and lending, and be familiar with trading products such as futures, spot, margin, and options. They should possess extensive knowledge and experience in the financial sector, particularly in designing and managing fixed income and loan products for diverse clientele. Relevant product management experience in the cryptocurrency or lending sectors is essential, as is the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is a significant advantage.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the crypto industry related to obtaining licenses and approvals, as well as a deep understanding of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends.
