Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain major clients in Southeast Asian banks.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored professional solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery that meets customer needs.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market dynamics to support company decision-making.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for finance, economics, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in client development within the banking sector, with resources in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, or other SEA banks preferred.
  • Strong channel development capabilities; excellent communication and expression skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess a strong sense of business and team spirit.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent overseas business trips; English proficiency required.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST
