Our client is a reputable publicly listed company, known for its attractive employee benefits and stable work environment. They are actively seeking high-caliber candidates to join their team and support their growth, reporting directly to a GM.

Budget for the Role: HKD 50,000 - 60,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the company (H.K. listed) and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Draft and proofread annual and interim reports, announcements (including connected and disclosable transactions), circulars, and monthly returns.
  • Prepare the Annual Return and other corporate documents, ensuring timely submission of statutory filings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties, including lawyers, offshore agents, printers, HKEX, and The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
  • Organize the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting in both physical and hybrid formats.
  • Handle KYC tasks from offshore agents.
  • Manage the notarization of documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration focusing on Corporate Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a company secretary in listed companies.
  • Strong background in managing BVI/SPV issues.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese/English word processing.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
