Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to join a listed company in HK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce marketing and ideally IT support knowledge, enabling them to effectively manage online sales strategies while ensuring seamless technical operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage and optimize online store performance on platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and marketing metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and data integrity.
- Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address feedback.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with basic IT support and website maintenance.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
