Job Title: eCommerce IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The eCommerce IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail platforms. This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience on our eCommerce sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for eCommerce platforms, resolving issues related to website performance, payment processing, and user experience.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of the online store, ensuring uptime and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers and internal teams.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify potential issues before they impact users.
- Document technical processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal use and customer support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and IT support.
- Participate in training sessions for staff on new eCommerce tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Taobao , Amazon,Tmall etc.).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to websites, databases, and payment gateways.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
