About the job Branch Operations & Services Manager
Responsibilities
Supervise counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
Enhance customer service quality and assist in resolving customer complaints
Prevent misconduct by checking and monitoring daily operations
Provide recommendations for improvements in branch operations and work processes
Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Monitor branch daily operations
Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements
Assist the Branch Manager in implementing the business plan to achieve assigned targets
Requirements
Secondary education or above
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Retail Banking Operations
Strong knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products, and regulatory requirements
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Manager, Branch Operations
