About the job SVP - Mobile Sales
Mobile Sales Channel Head (HKD 1.7-1.8m p.a.)
Responsibilities:
Strategic Management: Lead and manage assigned mobile B2C accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Customer Relations: Maintaining strong, professional channel customer relationships ( such as Fortress, Boardway, CSL, Smartphone etc) while staying informed about market developments and dynamics.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operational and sales activities related to mobile phones, tablets, and accessories for accounts in Hong Kong and Macau.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales and market reports; manage, monitor, and project channel sales forecasts based on sell-out capacity.
Negotiation & Implementation: Negotiate and support the detailed execution of channel marketing programs.
Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable account sales growth.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors, with a proven track record.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile products and industry trends.
Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a strong team player.
Leadership: Independent, driven, strategic, and results-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese and Mandarin is preferred.
