Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and assess investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Assist in the evaluation of merger and acquisition opportunities, providing financial insights.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with listing rules and financial regulations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • HKICPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate finance or related environment.
  • Prior experience with listed companies or in a Big 4 auditing firm is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for financial modeling.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
