Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager (RM/BDM) to join a Fintech Company based in HK. The successful candidate will be crucial in expanding our presence in the Southeast Asian financial market, specifically in Thailand, Philipines, and Indonesia. You will leverage your extensive connections with financial institutions and banks to drive business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with major clients in SEA banks, formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
Deeply understand customer needs and provide tailored professional solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets within the fintech/big data sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese is mandatory.
Experience: Proven track record in business development or relationship management within financial institutions, particularly in Southeast Asia.
Connections: Established relationships with banks and financial institutions in Thailand and the Philippines.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fintech and big data landscape.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide innovative solutions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
