CFO( Chief Financial Officer)

Job Summary:
The CFO will oversee all financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, and provide leadership to the finance team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the property development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with other senior executives to drive business performance.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Lead financial due diligence for new property acquisitions and developments.
• Monitor and assess financial performance of properties across diverse markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role, preferably in property development.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, investment strategies, and real estate markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
