Head of Distribution Channel

Job Description:

The Head of Distribution at the Local Office of Bank will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all distribution operations within the bank. This includes overseeing the effective and timely distribution of financial products and services to customers, maintaining optimal productivity, and upholding high standards of customer service. The individual will be in charge of developing and implementing strategic plans to improve and expand the distribution sector of the bank.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the distribution of financial products and services.

2. Implement effective strategies to ensure timely delivery of products and services and optimize supply chain processes.

3. Monitor distribution costs and analyze data to find ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.

4. Ensure all legal requirements, bank safety procedures, and local banking laws are adhered to.

5. Maintain open lines of communication with branch staff, suppliers and customers.

6. Prepare and manage the department's budget.

7. Conduct performance evaluations, motivate team members, and cultivate a positive and productive work environment.

8. Ensure all operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective way.

9. Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline all internal operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

2. Proven experience in distribution management or a similar role within a banking environment.

3. Sound knowledge of banking processes and necessary legal documents.

4. Excellent understanding of branch management procedures.

5. Proficient knowledge of banking products and services.

6. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

7. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
