Our client is a cherished family-owned luxury high jewelry brand with a legacy of exquisite craftsmanship, rare gemstones, and personalized service. We're seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to join our close-knit team in Hong Kong, delivering exceptional experiences to our HNW clientele.​​​

Key Duties

Build and nurture long-term bonds with high-net-worth (HNW) clients (local Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international).​

Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations to understand their style, occasions (weddings, milestones, gifting), and deliver tailored jewelry recommendations.​

Provide post-sales support: arrange cleaning, resizing, or repairs to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Drive Sales & Custom Commissions

Educate clients on gem quality (4Cs), artisanal craftsmanship, and our brands heritage to highlight value.​

Collaborate with our in-house design team to guide clients through bespoke jewelry creation (from concept to final piece).​​

Maintain our elegant salons neatness, security, and alignment with our brands refined aesthetic.​

Conduct regular stock checks, report top-selling pieces, and suggest restocking to meet client demand.​​

Uphold our brands reputation for professionalism, privacy, and exclusivity—handing high-value transactions with utmost confidentiality.​

Represent the brand at HK luxury events (galas, private viewings) to expand client reach.​​

Keep updated on global luxury jewelry trends, HK/China market preferences, and gem industry news (e.g., ethical sourcing).​

Participate in brand training to master new collections and sales skills.​

​​What You Need

3+ years of proven luxury retail sales experience (preferred: high jewelry, fine watches, or premium fashion—e.g., Cartier, Tiffany, Bulgari).​

Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship (GIA certification is a bonus).​

Exceptional communication skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English (must-have for local/Mainland clients); English proficiency is required; additional languages (French, Arabic) are a plus.​

Polished appearance, elegant demeanor, and ability to thrive in a sophisticated, intimate environment.​

Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales targets; passionate about luxury and fine craftsmanship.​

Trustworthy and discrete—able to handle sensitive client information and high-value transactions.
