Our client is a cherished family-owned luxury high jewelry brand with a legacy of exquisite craftsmanship, rare gemstones, and personalized service.They're seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to join our close-knit team in Central,Hong Kong, delivering exceptional experiences to our HNW clientele.​​​


Key Duties

Cultivate Client Relationships

  • Build and nurture long-term bonds with high-net-worth (HNW) clients including local Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international patrons. 
  • Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations to understand their style and occasions such as weddings, milestones, or gifting needs, and deliver tailored jewelry recommendations. 
  • Follow up on special dates like birthdays and anniversaries, and invite clients to exclusive in-store events or trunk shows. 
  • Provide post-sales support by arranging cleaning, resizing, or repairs to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.​

Drive Sales & Custom Commissions

  • Educate clients on gem quality (4Cs), artisanal craftsmanship, and our brands heritage to highlight the value of our pieces. 
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to guide clients through bespoke jewelry creation from concept to final piece.​

Salon & Inventory Care

  • Maintain our elegant salons neatness, security, and alignment with our brands refined aesthetic. 
    Conduct regular stock checks, report on top-selling pieces, and suggest restocking to meet client demand.​

Brand Representation & Discretion:

  • Uphold our brands reputation for professionalism, privacy, and exclusivity by handling high-value transactions with utmost confidentiality. 
  • Represent the brand at Hong Kong luxury events including galas and private viewings to expand client reach.​

Stay Knowledgeable

  • Keep updated on global luxury jewelry trends, Hong Kong/China market preferences, and gem industry news such as ethical sourcing. 
    Participate in brand training to master new collections and sales skills.​


What You Need

  • ​3+ years of proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably in high jewelry, fine watches, or premium fashion brands like Cartier, Tiffany, or Bulgari. 
  • Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship with a GIA certification considered a bonus. 
  • Exceptional communication skills including fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (must-have for local and Mainland clients), required English proficiency, and additional languages like French or Arabic as a plus. 
  • A polished appearance, elegant demeanor, and ability to thrive in a sophisticated, intimate environment. 
  • Self-motivation with a track record of hitting sales targets and a passion for luxury and fine craftsmanship. 
  • Trustworthiness and discretion to handle sensitive client information and high-value transactions.
