Were looking for a highly skilled GL Supervisor (Payroll) to lead and oversee accounting operations, payroll processes, and compliance. This role will play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting audits, and driving efficiency in payroll and store-related accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, and store transactions.

  • Review and validate payroll and store-level financial data for accuracy.

  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

  • Develop and implement accounting controls and procedures for payroll and store accounting.

  • Mentor and guide accounting staff to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to streamline payroll and accounting processes.

  • Support both internal and external audits.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll and store accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience (with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred).

  • Strong background in US GAAP, payroll administration, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Open to full RTO setup and night shift schedule.
