About the Role
Were looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Associate who can manage campaigns, engage audiences, and support customer care. If you know your way around TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and launch paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor dashboards, track results, and provide actionable insights
  • Create engaging content and stay updated on social trends
  • Run A/B tests to improve performance
  • Support customer care and community engagement

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in social media advertising/campaign management
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong mix of creativity and data analysis
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC
  • Can start ASAP

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B campaigns
