Senior Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a proactive Senior Marketing Assistant to support a growing marketing team. This hands‑on role manages and coordinates marketing campaigns, content creation, and day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and confident working across multiple channels, teams, and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute campaign tasks across email, social, paid ads, and content—including setup, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Create, edit, and format content: landing pages, blog articles, emails, social posts, basic video assets, and presentations.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring updated contacts, lists, workflows, lead tagging, and database hygiene.
  • Build and update campaign performance reports using analytics tools to monitor traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Support the coordination of webinars, digital events, and marketing initiatives (event invitations, reminders, follow‑ups).
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of marketing tasks that require cross‑functional alignment.
  • Coordinate work with external freelancers/partners, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Continuously improve internal marketing processes, documentation, SOPs, and QA checklists.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar ad platforms.
  • Comfortable with both creative tasks (basic design/editing) and analytical tasks (reporting & tracking).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and dashboarding tools (Data Studio/Looker Studio or similar).
