Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts and related agreements. The successful candidate will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and process contracts, renewals, amendments, and related agreements.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage contracts from initiation through execution and ongoing administration.
- Review contract language to identify risks, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Recommend amendments, extensions, or modifications when necessary.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Support internal teams with contract-related inquiries and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure projects and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, procurement, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with contract management systems or databases is preferred.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications
