About the role
Youll run the backbone of our PH operationsfinance, HR, admin, and logistics. From
donor budgets and audits to payroll and procurement, youll make sure controls are tight,
reports are on time, and teams have what they need to deliver.
What youll do
Finance & Accounting
Build donor budgets; prepare donor financial reports, internal forecasts, and
variance analyses.
Manage cash/banks, monthly close (recons, accruals, JEs), FS prep, and audit
coordination.
Oversee partner/subgrant financials and coach the Finance Officer.
Monitor internal controls and anti-fraud measures; flag gaps and drive fixes.
Coordinate with Regional (Singapore) and HQ (Geneva) on GL, vendor, and balance
sheet reviews.
HR (People Ops)
Run payroll, statutory remittances, and monthly salary allocations.
Support hiring and contract prep with Regional HR; maintain
f
iles/timesheets/Hubdrive.
Administer benefits; support policy compliance and performance reviews.
Handle ER matters (grievances/discipline) with the CR and Regional HR.
Administration & Logistics
Liaise with government agencies (tax/labor), and ensure all filings/registrations are
current.
Ensure compliant procurement; review/streamline expense and travel claims.
Keep processes lean, documented, and audit-ready.
Leadership
Lead a small finance/admin teamclear goals, coaching, and on-time delivery.
What youll need
10+ years in finance/accounting/admin, ideally with grant-funded / NPO exposure.
Strong donor reporting, audit handling, and partner/subgrant oversight.
Solid accounting fundamentals; hands-on with monthly close and FS.
Tools: MS Excel (pivots), Power BI/Jet (or similar), Microsoft Dynamics BC (or
comparable ERP).
Excellent English communication; crisp documentation; high attention to detail.
Team leadership in a cross-functional setup.
Nice to have: CPA/CMA; FP&A tools; prior regional/HQ reporting experience.
Can start ASAP.
