About the job Customer Success Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)

What you will do:

  • Work with our account management team based in London to support our clients through the sales process
  • Demonstrate our sign-up process to clients via video or phone call, answering key questions and helping troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
  • Report any technical issues and provide feedback from clients on new features or products to our product team
  • Update our customer databases
  • Ensure excellent communication with our clients, sales teams, and our internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to better support our clients through our product

You should apply if you:

  • Have strong written and verbal English & Cantonese
  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3+ years' experience in a Customer Success role
  • Are willing to work on-site in our office in Makati, 5 days per week
  • Have experience speaking with and supporting international users
  • Are motivated to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback on how we can improve
  • Take energy from delivering customer delight!
