About the job SAP Ariba Implementation Specialist
We're looking for someone who knows their way around SAP Ariba and can help bring our procurement processes to life through smart design, setup, and support. If you enjoy solving problems, working across teams, and making things run smoothly, this role could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing:
Helping set things up: You'll be involved in designing, configuring, and launching SAP Ariba solutions like Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Performance Management, Buying, and Invoicing.
Connecting the dots: You'll work closely with our IT team to make sure SAP Ariba works well with our other systems, like SAP ERP.
Customizing to fit our needs: You'll tweak and tailor SAP Ariba, so it fits how we do business, making sure it supports our procurement goals.
Making sure it works right: You'll test what we've set up to catch any issues early and make sure everything runs the way it should.
Helping others: You'll support users, answer questions, and fix problems quickly when they come up.
Training the team: You'll create simple how-to materials and lead training sessions, so everyone feels confident using the system.
Looking for ways to improve: You'll keep up with SAP Ariba updates and best practices and suggest smart ways we can work better and faster.
Managing data: You'll make sure the information in SAP Ariba is clean, accurate, and up to date.
Pitching in with projects: You'll help plan, track, and support SAP Ariba projects from start to finish.
Keeping things safe and compliant: You'll follow company rules and make sure the system is secure and meets all required standards.
What we're looking for:
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar SAP Ariba role, with several end-to-end project deployments under your belt.
Someone who's fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Flexible with work hours, able to adapt to Asia or EU shifts (and adjust for daylight savings when needed).
Great at explaining technical stuff in simple terms you can easily talk to both clients and teammates, even if they're not tech-savvy.
