About the job Workday Junior Lead Consultant

Responsibilities:

Work with Companys Workday team to help clients implement Workday system

Work closely with Integration Lead to design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday clients

Support Data Lead to execute end-to-end data migration from legacy system(s) to Workday

Ability to help clients resolve Workday issues

Develop an understanding of other Workday functional areas (e.g. Core HCM, Compensation, Talent)

Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager/Integration Lead within the budgeted time allocated

Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements

Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution

Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.

At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go-live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards

With experience in ETL process (SQL or CloverDX)

Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling

Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore or managed through delivery centres (near or offshore)

Preferably with previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company

Has the ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion
