About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and manage the overall strategic direction of our Electric Car Automotive Division. This critical role encompasses overseeing production, sales, marketing, research and development, and after-sales service. The successful candidate will ensure that the division's operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's overall corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategic Plans for Optimized Productivity: Create and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and achieve business goals.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Review and improve organizational processes, oversee employees, establish a high-motivation work environment, and implement innovative changes to improve effectiveness.
• Standards of Excellence: Ensure adherence to company standards for excellence and quality in all operations.
• Business Expansion and Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
• Guidance and Feedback: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to help team members strengthen specific knowledge and skill areas.

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry, preferably in the electric vehicle sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
