Position: HR and Admin Supervisor (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits and Payroll Management: Design and manage benefits packages, oversee payroll processing, and handle annual compliance reporting.
- HR Support: Provide assistance with both internal and external HR matters.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of organizational policies and procedures.
- Employee Motivation: Propose and implement strategies to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
- Recruitment: Aid in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and investigate employee complaints.
- Employee Development: Coordinate employee development initiatives and performance management activities.
- Onboarding: Conduct new staff orientations and maintain updated records.
- Database Management: Oversee the organizations employee database and generate reports.
- HR Reporting: Produce and submit reports on various HR activities.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices.
Required Competencies:
- HR Experience: Proficiency in various HR areas including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Organizational Development and Policy Formation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
