Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Senior Officer with a strong background in content development and copywriting to support integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and brand-building initiatives. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality content that communicates complex topics in a clear, engaging, and professional mannertailored to a B2B audience in the consulting and professional services space.
The ideal candidate is a versatile writer and communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft impactful messaging across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and proofread marketing and communications materials including articles, service brochures, social media posts, internal announcements, campaign copy, and event materials.
- Ensure consistent tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all content formats and channels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for business audiences.
- Support the execution of firm-wide marketing campaigns, thought leadership projects, and corporate communications.
- Assist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, leadership messages, and employee engagement content.
- Contribute to content planning calendars, creative brainstorming sessions, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ensure all content aligns with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in copywriting, content development, or corporate communications, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write across various formats (long-form articles, digital campaigns, executive messages, social media, etc.).
- Familiarity with brand tone and content governance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe, Canva, CMS platforms).
