Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Officer at HCM Nexus, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement and job briefings to candidate sourcing, placement, and ongoing relationship management. You will leverage your industry expertise and network to provide high-quality talent solutions, exceeding client expectations and contributing to the continued success of our firm. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Location: Salcedo Village, Makati (Hybrid - 3x a week onsite)
Work Schedule: Mondays- Fridays| Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Target and Conversion:
- Revenue responsibility to be set billing per month
- Maintenance of active and seasonal clients
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Initiate and maintain strong client relationships to deeply understand their organization, culture, and staffing requirements.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to gather comprehensive job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
3.Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for various client assignments.
4.Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to identify promising candidates, assessing qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate suitability for specific roles.
5.Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to craft compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with their unique requirements.
- Offer expert insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to clients.
6.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Assist in salary and employment contract negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Assist in ensuring a seamless onboarding process, delivering a positive candidate and client experience.
7.Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain diligent records and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback.
- Regularly provide clients with detailed recruitment activity reports and insights.
8.Market Mapping and Industry Insights:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment.
- Conduct market mapping exercises to identify potential candidates and clients in emerging sectors.
9.Mentoring and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentoring to talent acquisition specialists and associates, fostering their professional development.
10.Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing client accounts.
- Proactively seek new business by developing relationships with potential clients and understanding their staffing needs.
11.Adhoc functions as business exigencies may require.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience as a recruiter, with a strong track record of filling senior-level, and technical positions.
- In-depth knowledge of various industries and labor markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent negotiation, resourceful, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in recruitment.
