Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy
- Provide support through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures
- Escalate complex issues and work closely with supervisors and team members
- Maintain high service standards while meeting performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Open to split rest days
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Must support a voice-based customer service role
- Must be able to attend and complete the full training period
- Willing to work extended hours if required
