Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead B2C social media efforts for a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle brand. This role will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product visibility across key digital platforms. Youll be responsible for creating and executing compelling content strategies that connect with consumers and translate into community growth and loyalty.
The ideal candidate has strong visual and written storytelling skills, a deep understanding of B2C trends, and the ability to build a distinct online voice that resonates with the brands style and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a social media calendar focused on product drops, promotions, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle storytelling.
- Own content creation across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterestemphasizing visuals, reels, and user engagement.
- Launch and manage campaigns around product launches, sales events, collaborations, and seasonal themes.
- Build and engage with a growing community of followers; respond to messages, comments, and brand mentions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to highlight key items and drive conversions.
- Partner with influencers and micro-creators for branded content and user-generated campaigns.
- Track performance analytics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and provide regular insights and optimization plans.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and competitors to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in B2C social media management, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong portfolio of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other lifestyle-driven platforms.
- Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools; video editing and content styling is a plus.
- Experience with influencer collaborations, paid social campaigns, and community management.
- Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and consumer trends.
- Excellent writing, creativity, and communication skills.
