Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our local healthcare account team. This role involves providing excellent customer support by assisting patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with inquiries related to healthcare services and products. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare products, services, and benefits in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Provide accurate information related to healthcare services, eligibility, claims, and other related topics.
  • Assist with processing healthcare-related requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Document and track customer interactions and ensure follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex issues or escalate inquiries as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare policies, products, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • At least 2 years of college (Undergraduates are welcome to apply).
    • High School or Senior High School graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare account are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience:
    • No previous experience required; healthcare experience or customer service background is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and services is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Open to all age groups-no age limit.
    • Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas.
    • Available for one-day virtual processing for the application process.
